Mayfair Microfinance Bank Limited was licensed in 2009 by the Central Bank of Nigeria to operate as a microfinance bank, to take advantage of the new finance opportunity of providing banking services to the unserved but economically active population that cannot meet the requirement of the traditional commercial banks.

Job Position: Digital Transformation Officer

Job Location: Ojuelegba, Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social mediaand display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain the bank’s social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND or Master's Degree qualification with 2 years work experience.
