Woobstores - Our client, a leading Real Estate & Facility Management company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Electrical Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Overseeing maintenance, inspection and system upgrade programmes.
• Writing reports, giving presentations and meeting with clients and management.
• Manage and organize facility staff activities.
• Lease/Facility Management.
• Carry out regular verification exercises.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for routine electrical and mechanical work orders as well as preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
• Investigate complaints about services and equipment and take corrective action.
• Carry out regular inspection and evaluation of the facilities to ensure that all equipments and other facilities are working properly.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly Facility Management reports.
• Track and report critical Real Estate and Facilities matters to the director.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience.

Competencies:

• Ability to design, implement, install and maintain electrical systems.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Must have knowledge of facility management.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of electronic engineering codes.
• Ability to write technical reports and documentation.
