Job Position: Engineering Manager

Job Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in engineering, with 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• A Master's Degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Professional memberships (NSE, COREN) could be an added advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the relevant engineering discipline(s).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Solid project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the strategic implications of engineering decisions.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams and projects.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the field.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
