Job Position: Estate Surveyor/Location Specialist

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria.

Requirement: BSc//HND in Estate Management, Town Planning or related field with a minimum of 2 years work experience.

• Good understanding of local area map within Lagos, and also a strong understanding of the real estate markets and trends.
• Proven professional ethics, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Ability to negotiate real estate transactions.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay focus on tasks while under pressure.
• Adaptability to environmental and cultural changes.
• Ability to be team motivated and individually motivated.
• Ability to interact with Co - workers,  clients, supervisors, real estate owners and agents,  and the public in an articulate, courteous and business - like manner at all times.
• Be result oriented. 
• Strong sense of responsibility, self - image, enthusiasm and hardwork.
