Description 


  • We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and resilient Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO.
  • This role requires an individual who excels at anticipating needs and delivers results with minimal guidance.
  • The successful candidate will be the CEO's right hand, managing complex tasks, facilitating critical decision-making processes, and ensuring the CEO's time and energy are optimally allocated

Project Management:

  • Lead special projects as assigned by the CEO, such as research initiatives, corporate social responsibility programs, or strategic partnerships
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and provide regular status updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Board Relations:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and the Board of Directors
  • Coordinate board communications, including the compilation and distribution of board materials
  • Assist in the preparation of board presentations and reports

Financial and Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CEO's expense reports and corporate credit card reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets
  • Oversee office management for the executive suite, including supply procurement and vendor management

Executive Calendar Management:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar with military precision, optimizing time allocation
  • Coordinate complex, multi-time zone scheduling
  • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize meetings based on strategic importance
  • Prepare detailed briefing materials for each appointment

Communication Management:

  • Handle all incoming communications (email, phone, mail) with discretion and efficiency
  • Draft, edit, and send correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Develop and maintain a robust system for tracking and following up on important communications

Meeting and Event Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate high-stakes meetings, including board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic planning sessions
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and supporting documents
  • Take detailed minutes and ensure prompt follow-up on action items
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including complex itineraries, visa applications, and logistical support

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the financial services or microfinance sector
  • Proven track record of supporting C-level executives in high-growth, fast-paced environments

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA)
  • Ability to analyze and present data effectively

  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities

Salary
N500,000 - N900,000 monthly.
