We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Executive Assistant
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Mode of Engagement: Full-time with a probation period of 6 months.
Reporting Line: Chief Executive Officer

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Strategic Support: Act as a key resource to the CEO, helping to execute strategic priorities and to drive high-level projects.
  • Schedule & Calendar Management: Manage the CEO’s schedule, ensuring optimal time allocation across meetings, engagements, and priorities.
  • Communication Management: Draft, review, and filter correspondences, concept documents and briefs, ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts, managing relationships with discretion and professionalism.
  • Project Management: Oversee and track key initiatives, ensuring they are progressing in line with business objectives.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare for meetings, including creating agenda, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up actions are documented and executed.
  • Event & Travel Coordination: Plan and organize travel, accommodation, and itineraries to facilitate seamless logistics for the CEO.
  • Personal Assistance: Recruit and manage the CEO’s personal assistant and other personal staff to ensure all domestic matters are taken care of.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A university degree or equivalent certification.
  • 10+ years of experience in a related role.
  • Proven track record of working with CEOs or Executives.
  • Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Global exposure.
