Job Position: Executive Assistant


Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, and office coordination while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes
  • Handle internal and external correspondence on behalf of management
  • Organize travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries when required
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as assigned
  • Screen calls, emails, and visitors professionally
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
  • Liaise with staff, clients, and external partners as required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • HND/BSc in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional appearance and conduct

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
