Executive Assistant / Legal Assistant Job in Abuja

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Executive Assistant / Legal Assistant
Job Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities
Support the Community Coordinator:

  • Support the coordinator primarily to ensure the smooth and efficient running of Extraordinary life Community Operations.
  • Manage communication and contacts with external stakeholders including network and industry partners and board of trustees.
  • Scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to the leadership team, board of trustees and other external stakeholders
  • Support the coordinator with travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict discretion and confidentiality.
  • Organise and plan events, both internal and off-site on behalf of the coordinator
  • Inbox management including responding to and redirecting emails and other correspondence as directed.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To undertake any other tasks that would be deemed suitable within this role as directed by line management

Social Media manager:

  • Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies,
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance the coordinator’s and the Organisation’s online presence and engagement.
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to raise awareness about the organisations mission, programs, and impact.
  • Manage and maintain the coordinator social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics.
  • Collaborate with organisation’s team to align social media efforts with organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with PR and Communications teams.
  • Utilize social media advertising and marketing techniques to reach target audiences and increase follower engagement.
  • Monitor trends and best practices in social media management to continuously improve organisation’s online presence and effectiveness.
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts.
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Legal Officer:
On a separate assignment:

  • Support to develop Contract letters for different stakeholders,
  • Support with filing documents in different government offices,
  • Legal Research
  • File Management – creating and archiving electronic files and ensuring compliance procedures are adhered to,
  • Writing legally compliant business letters, documents and report
  • Dealing with other administrative and legal tasks where required.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the assignment.

Qualifications

  • A good First Degree in Law (minimum of Second-class Lower Division)
  • Minimum of 1-year of legal work experience
  • Experience of organising internal and external meetings
  • Experience of managing a busy diary involving multiple individuals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency with MS Office tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, excellent interpersonal skills and a willing to adapt to changes.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining internal processes and filing systems.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
