Description 


  • Our client is in search of an Executive Assistant. This role requires a candidate who possesses strong organizational skill , is proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who can anticipate the needs of our client and provide exceptional support.
  • You will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, effectively managing schedules, projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage schedule, including appointments, meetings, photo shoots, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and industry professionals, maintaining excellent communication and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of makeup projects, including photo shoots, fashion shows and special events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, preparing documents, handling correspondence, and managing expenses, to ensure smooth operations of the artist's business affairs.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of makeup products and supplies, including inventory management, ordering, and organizing makeup kits for various projects and engagements.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, upcoming events, and potential clients to support business development efforts and identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts and monitoring online presence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information related to clients, projects, and business operations.
  • Represent the client professionally and positively in all interactions, both internally and externally, reflecting the artist's brand values and image.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the business

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of the makeup industry, beauty trends, and key players in the industry is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field

Salary
N150,000 - 180,000 per month.
