Job Position: Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary


  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage GCEO's schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and coordinate board materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Manage GCEO's email, mail, and phone correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit letters, memos, and other documents.
  • Develop and disseminate internal communications.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform GCEO's decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Lead special projects as assigned by the GCEO.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain governance documents and records.
  • Coordinate audit and risk management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must possess a discreet and professional demeanor
  • Must be proactive and have an anticipatory approach to resolving issues.
