We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Experienced Graphics Designer / Social Media Manager
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Brand's team lead to create effective marketing and eye-catching designs for campaigns to increase our subsidiaries reach.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools
• Collaborate with Marketing
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• IT savvy (Function as IT support)
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages
• Ability to fly a drone is required
• Research and develop better marketing models at all times for the marketing of the Company's project.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to personalize marketing and sales interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Practical knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (Videographer)
• Practical experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premier Pro, branding, print design, content creation etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to research and adapt to content creation trends.
