Job Position: Fabrication Supervisor
Job Location: Nigeria

Job Description

• We are recruiting for an Assistant Fabrication Supervisor for a long-term (2 year) project to be based on site at a fabrication yard in Nigeria
• You should have strong experience of supervising heavy fabrication work in fabrication facilities overseas, including working on major Cap Ex projects.

This will include:

• Understanding of all fabrication equipment, processes and procedures.
• Experience of successful client and sub-supplier facing interactions.
• Leading and sharing expectations on site safety and quality.
• Fabrication and Assembly methods.
• Supporting quality assurance.
• Supporting health and safety management.
• Fabricator performance management.
• Management of change processes is followed.
• HSSE leadership and management.

Requirements

• You will hold a relevant industry qualification/internal certificate (ideally an HND/Degree) relating to the Fabrication and Construction environment.

Condition

• 6 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation, all travel and accommodation found by the client.
