Dayola Property and Development Company was founded in 1999 and today has become one of the prime creators of quintessential homes and apartments in the business districts and newly developed areas of Lagos metropolis. Though incorporated in 2008, Dayola Property started business with Investment and Trade, while building relationships and experience that has been taken into property development.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
• Oversee security of buildings and grounds
• Maintain stock levels and parts within budget
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with energy management
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 5 - 9 years of relevant work experience.
• We are specifically looking for a candidate experienced in managing residential property for not less than 5 years.
• Gender - preferably Male Professional certification - NIESV or it equivalent.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
