Job Position: Farm Manager

Job Location: Epe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are in need of a Farm Manager to manage a farm on a large hectare basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

• OND / HND in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in crop production, farm management, or agronomy.
• Proven experience managing large-scale farms or commercial agricultural operations is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of soil science, crop nutrition, irrigation systems, and pest management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and multiple farm projects simultaneously.
• Practical understanding of climate-smart and sustainable farming practices.
