Owens and Xley Consults is a recruitment firm based in Lagos that offers business advisory and consulting services to help Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Fashion Quality Control Officer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The role

• Responsible for managing the company'squality control and assurance process
• Monitoring and controlling each garment's quality as produced by both in-house factory and external suppliers
• Verifying the construction and fit of all producedgarments
• Ensure company standards are maintained as highly as practicable, including implementing new best practices
• Train, develop and coach QCs & QAs
• Work cross-functionally within the supply chain (production team)

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years of experience in Fashion & Luxury structured organizations, in the same or similar role
• Technical knowledge of fashion garments
• Menswear knowledge is a plus
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes
• Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
