We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Manager / Head of Radio Station

Job Location: Akure, Ondo
Job type: Full-time (Onsite)

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Akure for a General Manager/ Head of Radio Station.
• The General Manager in the radio station is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing strategies for business growth of the radio station and ensuring overall organizational efficiency.
• Responsibilities also include budget management, analyzing performance metrics, implementing improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Mass Communications or related fields
• Applicant must have at least 15 years of working experience at a management level in a private radio station as per NBC requirements.
• Experience in managing staff, team leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational, strategic planning, and business development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Akure.
