Softhealth Pharmaceutical was incorporated in 2015 and set up to provide high-quality medicines and supplements to the Nigerian people. Since 2015 we have worked closely with NAFDAC and other agencies to register and produce high-quality products. We started our journey with OTC products and now have about 35 products registered with NAFDC and many more in pipeline. Our product range ranges from nutraceutical, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and many more. We currently have a network of 50 reps across Nigeria with several depo’s to serve our customers with high-quality products timely. It is our aim to supply high-quality medicines in Nigeria with the utmost high standards.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Female Accountant

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• You will be responsible for implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing monthly financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, bank reconciliation and ensuring compliance with the state revenue service and reporting directly to the GM.

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliation
• Inter-Company & Branch reconciliation
• Sales Invoice checking
• Liaising statutory audit
• Quarterly stock audit and reporting
• Scrutiny of control account
• FIRS & LIRS Compliance and Liaising of Tax audits
• Fixed assets accounting, depreciation and its certification from the federal ministry of industry
• Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Accounting
• 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience
• Must be a female for gender balance
• Software knowledge
• Knowledge of local and federal tax laws and regulation
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Excellent numeracy and mathematical knowledge
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Must reside in Ikorodu and its environs.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
