Job Summary


  • As a Business Developer/Sponsorship Sales Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue by identifying and securing sponsorships, partnerships, and business opportunities for XFP’s projects, events, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sponsorship Sales: Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors for XFP’s events and projects.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and contracts to attract potential partners.
  • Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed sponsorship and sales revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure sponsor/partner satisfaction and alignment.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree / HND in any relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development
  • Proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong network of corporate clients, brands, and potential sponsors.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling sales pitches and proposals.
  • Understanding of the creative, entertainment, and events industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
