Realty Point Limited (RC 621592) is a dynamic multifaceted Pan-African real estate going concern primarily involved on the supply side of the industry with strong presence in REAL ESTATE Development, Investment, Publishing, Training/Consultancy and Marketing Syndications.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Female Sales Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales of all company products and services,

Responsibilities

• Organize and accompany prospects and/or existing clients’ on-site inspections where necessary
• Ensure proper management of client’s Business and relationship with company
• Ensure new sales are made as per given monthly, quarterly and yearly target
• Generate new leads for all company’s products and services
• Engage the leads generated regularly
• Convert the leads to loyal customers
• Carry out all other sales team and individual activities/duties as may be assigned by Manager, Sales & Marketing

Requirements

• Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in Marketing or related fields
• At least two (2) years post NYSC experience in Marketing & Sales with a proven record of business development in a real estate establishment
• Proven experience in Marketing and sales of Real Estate is an added advantage
• Interpersonal and people skills
• Communication skills (both written and speaking)
• Time management
• Record history of target meeting
• Ability to drive with valid driver’s license required.
