Job Description

• The Field Business Support Officer (FBSO) plays a critical role in ensuring terminal uptime, strong merchant engagement, and smooth field operations.
• The position is responsible for daily merchant visits, terminal diagnostics, application updates, issue reporting, and on-site troubleshooting.
• It also covers agent onboarding, merchant acquisition support, and managing the deployment, retrieval, and repair of terminals.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, field-oriented, and committed to maintaining high terminal activity and excellent merchant satisfaction.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a proven experience in a field-based role, strong knowledge of the road network in their assigned region, and excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to ride a motorcycle are strong advantages.
