We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Field Officer

Job Location: Abuja

Position Overview

• The Field Officer will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring smooth payment processes, supporting patients with payment-related inquiries, and reconciling daily sales with stock. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to resolve any operational issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive payments for purchases and verify them on the portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
• Provide payment process support for patients, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through payment-related issues.
• Reconcile daily sales with stock to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure financial integrity.
• Support and liaise with the Pharmacy department to resolve any operational issues that may arise, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a similar role or environment (healthcare or finance) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly.
