Job Position: Field Operations Officer

Job Location: Niger
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Description

• We are hiring a full-time Field Operations Officer to work on-site at our office in Minna, Niger State.
• The primary responsibilities of this role include managing and coordinating field operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers to sell loans and meet loan disbursement targets
• Client onboarding for the purpose of offering loans and services that meet the client’s specific financial needs
• Develop a good customer base and business network for continuous loan booking for both new and existing customers
• Constantly engage customers to enlighten them on new loan products
• Identify opportunities and areas for growth
• Build and maintain a good relationship with the Niger State MDA payroll officers and the Ministry of Digital Economy to facilitate the submission of monthly deduction schedules
• Ensure monthly deductions are remitted
• Administer the Niger State business operations
• Must be based in Minna, fluent in Hausa, and have at least 2 years’ experience selling loan products

Qualifications

• Minimum OND in any field
• Must be based in Minna.
• Fluent in Hausa and have at least 2 years of experience selling loan products.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
