Our Company is a water engineering organisation engaged in the business of water and environmental services in supply and installing innovative systems that meet the international standards.

We offer various products and technical services from water tanks, water treatment, quality water distribution hardware and packaged sewage treatment systems.

Position

We are currently seeking to recruit a Field Technical Engineer at our Lagos office.

Role

The preferred candidate would have responsibility for providing technical and management support for field site operations which would include the supply, installation and maintenance of water and sewage treatment and other environmental solutions. Some of the key responsibilities of the preferred candidate for this position include but are not limited to:

a.      Be responsible for the production of technical deliverables required in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) entered with customers.

b.      Provide project management and engineering services for various projects.

c.       Provide technical support and field oversight of various work-over projects.

d.      Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects, work in a team environment, and be able to effectively communicate within and outside the organization.

e.      Must be able to employ AutoCAD applications in engineering designs.

f.        Must be able to make technical presentations and provide potential and existing clients with cost estimation for all projects.

g.       Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects.

h.      To ensure that the design delivery is matched to the project programme and every effort is assured to ensure Delivery on Time

Key Skills and Qualifications

·       First Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering field (water resources, mechanical, chemical, or equivalent).

·       Must have at least Three (3) years’ hands on experience in field engineering work. A working knowledge of technical practices and principles of water engineering including but not limited to water and sewage treatment and other environmental solutions would be an added advantage.

·       Experience in Project Management would be an added advantage.

·       Must have vast experience in Computer Programmes such as Auto Cad, PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word.

·       Must possess effective written and oral skills to be able to make presentations and provide accurate cost estimates or quotations for projects.

·       Relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
