structure their organization, develop strategic plans for implementing their organizational intent; build their people capacity, set up a Human Resource department, and develop and fine-tune their processes.

Job Position: Finance Manager
Job Location: Agbara Igbesa, Ogun

Job Summary
- The Finance Manager oversees the financial health of the organization by managing accounting and financial operations, developing financial strategies, and providing leadership to the finance team.
- The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Oversee the general accounting function, cash management/reconciliation, financial reporting, balance sheet management, and customer rebate management.
- Review monthly payroll.
- Close monitoring of production and operation costs.
- Ensure that policies and procedures (internal controls) are in place to provide reasonable assurance that the company's assets are protected.
- Supervise the completion of federal and state tax reporting requirements.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information/performance.
- Ensure the monthly bank reconciliation is performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Control and forecast income and expenditure
- Assist in budget preparation and enforcing compliance
- Prepare a weekly, monthly, or quarterly report.
- Protect an organisation’s value by keeping information confidential
- Respond to enquiries from management regarding financial results, special reporting requests, and the like.
- Ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
- Report on the critical performance ratio of the Company
- Supervise all activities of the department.
- Perform other tasks as may be required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- BSc / HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5 - 8 years of progressive financial management experience, including leadership roles.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Knowledge of account payables, receivables, accounting procedures and accounting software
- Creative, self-motivated and passionate for the work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good numerical skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships
- Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Must be computer literate
- Proficient in data entry.

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 monthly.
