Financial Inclusion Representative

Fit-All Agency Network Services (FANS), a subsidiary of Aguila Imperial Consulting, is seeking 40 vibrant and persuasive young individuals to join our team as Financial Inclusion Representatives. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting financial inclusion by engaging with individuals and small businesses, helping them access digital financial services and become part of Nigeria’s growing financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and onboard individuals and small business owners onto digital financial platforms.

• Create awareness about financial inclusion products and services in assigned areas.

  
  

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure continued usage of financial solutions.

• Meet set targets for new customer acquisition and activation.

• Conduct field visits and promotional activities to increase financial literacy and access.

• Provide feedback and field reports to supervisors for continuous service improvement.
