Job Position: Food and Grocery Procurement Officer

Job Location: Kosofe, Lagos

Role Overview

• We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Food and Grocery Procurement Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will reside close to Mile 12 Market and have a thorough understanding of the market and other nearby markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure high-quality food and grocery items from Mile 12 Market and other nearby markets.
• Negotiate best prices and terms with suppliers.
• Ensure timely and efficient procurement of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and transactions.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Regularly update prices of products
• Uphold financial integrity and manage procurement budgets responsibly.

Qualifications

• Must reside close to Mile 12 Market.
• 2 -4 years of work experience.
• Familiarity with Mile 12 Market and surrounding markets is essential.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• High level of financial integrity.
