Job Description

• We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Franchising and Investment Officer to join our team at Lightstone. As a Franchising and Investment Officer, you'll be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
• Developing strategic partnerships, and managing investments in franchise businesses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the franchising sector
• Develop strategic partnerships with franchisees, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Manage investments in franchise businesses, including conducting due diligence and monitoring performance
• Analyze market trends, financial data, and other relevant information to inform investment decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to drive business growth

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is a bonus
• Must have 1+ years of experience in business development, franchising, or investment banking
• Strong understanding of franchising principles, including business models, operations, and finance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Salary
N750,000 - N1,000,000 / Month
