Job Position: Front Desk Associate

Job Location: Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • To handle the front office in a way that fits the culture and standards of the organization; meet and greet guests and clients, answer, screen, and direct incoming calls daily, ensure proper data and record-keeping, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assist with facility management as assigned.
  • You will also ensure productivity within the workplace by providing the top management with administrative support.

Job Description and Specification

  • Provide general office support to office Managers, employees, visitors, and clients; assist with scheduling and over sighting of the conference rooms.
  • Promptly, professionally, and courteously answering telephone calls, screens and directs calls; takes and relays messages. This includes providing company information to callers.
  • Greet and welcome guests and clients that arrive at the office while tidying and maintaining reception and other room areas.
  • Collect, receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries daily; prepare mail, deliveries, and couriers as needed.
  • Manage appointment systems, scheduling and arranging meetings including managing bring forward systems on a daily basis.
  • Manage staff and visitor attendance.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information to facilitate other business operations.
  • Attend and submit timely reports for meetings and also prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of OND in Human Resources, Administration, or any other related field (Certifications will be an added advantage).
  • 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
  • Multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent relational skills.

Salary
N30,000 - N35,000 Monthly.
