Job Position: Full Stack Developer (JavaScript Focus)

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a versatile and passionate Full Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a solid command of JavaScript from frontend to backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript across the full stack.
• Work with both the frontend (React or similar) and backend (Node.js, Express) components of our platform.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews, sprints, and stand-ups in an agile development environment.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create intuitive, high-performance user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices.
• Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of the application in production.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Comfortable working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred (Bonus Points):

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean.
• Experience with Docker or containerized deployments.
• Exposure to microservices or serverless architecture.
• Interest in recruitment tech or HR platforms.
