We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Full-Stack Developer / PropTech Lead
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The chosen candidate must be a proactive professional with demonstrable experience in developing both front-end and back-end architecture and management plan(s) for web and mobile applications.
• The role requires continuing and constant collaboration with internal stakeholders and product managers to ensure all deployed applications are fit for purpose and meets business / clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and implement required upgrades for enhancing existing software (ERP & STOW) components and adding new features based on business requirements.
• Review and upgrade application UI / UX interface and server-side architecture to mitigate and prevent lagging of applications.
• In conjunction with other team members, ensure seamless user interaction flows on both web and mobile applications.
• Design and implement responsive and innovative user features and applications including partnering with team mates to evolve better solutions to existing interface platforms
• Ensure cross platform optimization for web, android and apple platforms
• Create and maintain database designs for data storage and processing
• Design, Develop and implement effective APIs

Requirements

Functional Requirements / Competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Computer Science / Engineering / Coding or Software Development
• Minimum of Five (5) years of verifiable experience in back-end and front-end software development
• Verifiable experience developing and managing web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in multiple Back-end and Front-end programming languages, such as JavaScript, CSS, PHP, C#, JQUERY, HTML, Python etc, with ability to render server-side and client-side contents
• Familiarity with database technology, such as, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle etc.
• Ability to develop and interpret software and data analysis reports
• Strong Leadership skill and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer relationship management
• Strong personal Integrity that is attested by character witnesses
