General Manager

Fintech Associates Limited (Fintech) is a financial and technology solutions service provider that promotes and delivers financial technology solutions in collaboration with local and international partners.

Fintech is currently looking for a highly versatile, multiskilled and result oriented individual to fill a very strategic vacant position in the organisation.

Position: General Manager

QUALIFICATION: 1st degree and Masters in any field.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENT: 

Minimum of 10 Years post NYSC in related areas inclusive of minimum of 5 years managerial responsibilities. 

RESPONSIBILITY

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge and practices and provide direction  to staff of the company.
• Develop and execute approved strategic plans and initiatives of the company.
• Identifying and taking advantage of new cross-functional business opportunities, e.g., through nurturing existing businesses and seeking new business opportunities, products/process innovation etc.
• High intellect, personable team leader and result oriented individual with background or strong interest in technology and technology solutions to drive business performance in various high growth and emerging sectors of the economy especially education, financial services, telecoms, energy, agriculture, transportation etc.

• Demonstrable experience in project management, administration and basic knowledge of finance/accounting/taxation matters.

• coordinate the Company's projects and business development efforts, work largely with little or no supervision, would be remunerated with a combination of fixed and variable compensation  packages and with opportunities to own shares in the company after one or two years of successful performance.

• Growth opportunities to Executive Management within a short period subject to performance and potentials exhibited. 

• Reporting: The position  reports to the Chairman of the Company.
