General Manager - Business Development

Swiftbanq Credit Solutions Limited is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Manager - Business Development

Job Location: Lagos

Qualification and Experience

• First Degree. Minimum of second class upper.
• ACA/MBA
• Minimum of 7 years post NYSC experience with a financial institution - Bank, Mortgage Bank, MicroFinance Bank, Finance House, Leasing Company (ideally must not be less than an Assistant Manager grade in a Top tier bank).

Functions

• Develop a strategy for Business development.
• Lead the team to generate new businesses
• Monitor agreed performance targets for Loan creation, deposit mobilisation and other transactions(FX, Stocks)
• Manage customer relationships
• Manage and coordinate the marketing team
• Review all credit requests
• Ensure collection of all facilities as at when due
• Monthly reconciliation of customer's account balances
