Overview

• The General Manager will oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations and lead strategic planning to drive growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• This role combines operational leadership with a strong focus on business strategy, team performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and growth targets.
• Lead performance reviews, KPIs, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads (strategy, creative, operations etc.) to ensure alignment with agency objectives.
• Support client relationship management and new business initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion or optimization.
• Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or agency operations
• Proven leadership and strategic planning experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance creative and commercial priorities.
