Job Position: General Manager - Technical

Job Summary

• The General Manager will provide overall strategic, operational, and cultural leadership across technical and commercial functions of the Comapny projects.
• The role requires a hands - on, astute leadership skill with proven experience managing multi-facetsoperations in a construction business, driving profitability, and embedding strong service culture for deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project planning, execution, and coordination of day-to-day work activities of project/constructionverticals
• Responsible for technical/commercial issues regarding current company projects
• Ensuring deliverable are completed within cost baseline
• Ensuring proactive management of foreseeable project risk, mitigating as necessary
• Managing changes to the project without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits
• Supervise technical /operations and commercial project verticals monitor work progress, including operative productivity and compliance with construction and safety codes.
• On time valuation of contractor’s work for payment purposes according to approved payment plan.
• Oversee the preparation of BEME (Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation), execution and imbursement
• Coordinating the sales team to prepare for robust sales events such as sales promotion campaigns and festivity campaigns.
• Oversee preparation of product proposals and presentations.
• Review market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in the business.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience.
