We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Supervisor 

Job Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 5days a week.

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced General Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth front desk management, guest satisfaction, and overall efficiency. 
• The ideal candidate must be highly organized, computer literate, and experienced in front desk activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out.
• Oversee staff performance and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage reservations, room allocations, and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor daily hotel activities and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards, and operational procedures.
• Assist in training and mentoring front desk and administrative staff.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management software.
• Computer literate – must be proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Salary
N170,000 gross monthly
