Job Position: Graphic Designer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Generate original design ideas and concepts to meet the creative objectives of various projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and the company's goals.
• Create high-quality visual designs. Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing project timelines and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Incorporate feedback from peers, stakeholders, and clients to refine designs and improve overall quality.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to ensure designs are cutting-edge and competitive.
• Apply insights from market research and user feedback to enhance design effectiveness and user engagement.
• Experiment with new design tools, techniques, and software to improve efficiency and creativity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and familiarity with other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
