Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across various platforms. From concept to execution, the Graphics Designer will work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate their needs into stunning, high-quality visuals. The role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and proficiency in graphic design software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including but not limited to: social media graphics, website banners, email templates, advertisements, brochures, and product packaging.
• Produce high-quality visual content that effectively communicates the desired message and reflects the brand identity.
• Maintain and update existing designs to ensure consistency and relevance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, provide design feedback, and iterate on designs as needed.
• Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on brand guidelines and project briefs.
• Prepare files for production and work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions to designs as necessary.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
