Job Position: Graphics Designer / Cinematographer

Key Responsibilities

• Direct, shoot, and edit photos and videos for promotional content.
• Create high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and ads.
• Design layouts for online/offline campaigns, focusing on real estate properties.
• Maintain the company’s visual identity across digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and property showcases.
• Prepare graphics for listings on websites, social media, and email newsletters.
• Revise designs based on feedback to meet brand standards and objectives.
• Stay updated on design trends, software, and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer & Cinematographer, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and camera operation.
• Strong video production, lighting, and editing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing trends.
