Description

• We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to bring the vibrant energy of Breezzz Bar & Lounge life online, showcasing our nightlife, events, food, and people through captivating content and engaging brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy that aligns with company goals.
• Create high-quality content (posts, videos, reels, carousels, stories, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
• Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and monitor engagement performance.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and boost audience growth.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally and promptly.
• Manage paid ad campaigns or influencer collaborations when required.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions)
• Collaborate with stakeholder &team membersfor brand consistency

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience as a social media manager and content creator
• Strong visual and written communication skills
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and audience behavior
• Proficiency with social media analytics
• Basic photography and video editing skills(Canva, CapCut, etc.)
