Job Position: Graphics Designer

Job Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

• We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer with expertise in video editing and social media management to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, possess strong technical skills, and demonstrate a keen understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to: social media posts, website content, marketing materials, and branding assets.
• Develop and edit videos for promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, employer branding, and other multimedia projects.
• Liaise with the content team to managesocial media accounts and develop content calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and user engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.

Requirements

• A minimum of an O'level certificate.
• Proven proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects, including graphics and videos, across various platforms.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and experience managing branded social media accounts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking social media performance and user engagement.
