Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer / UX UI Designer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail, coupled with expertise in utilizing the latest software tools in the field.
• This role requires a strong understanding of both graphic design principles and user experience/user interface design concepts to create visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create engaging and visually appealing graphic designs for digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing materials.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Design intuitive and seamless user interfaces that enhance user experience and usability.
• Collaborate with developers and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all design assets.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs based on user insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, UX/UI design, and digital technologies.
• Utilize the latest software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software, to execute design projects efficiently and effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, UX UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions across various digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design software.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and UX/UI best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
