Job Position: Growth Marketing Manager

Job Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Responsible for marketing in the company.
• Responsible for growing revenue and profits of the company (Define growth plan, execute growth plan, optimize the revenue funnel).
• Drive growth initiatives such as customers + providers acquisition, activation, conversion and retention.
• Expert at building custom data infrastructures and or cool with implementing commercially available data SaaS from analytics like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to A/B testing tools like Oracle’s Maxymiser and Optimizely.
• Expert at using marketing channels such as social media, viral marketing, email marketing, SEO, content marketing among others.
• Responsible for selecting the best from above and integrating them into the company’s analytics team to provide dashboards and testing tools as services across the organisation.
• Able to work in a no corporate bullshit environment and with/support small team to achieve amazing results.
• Research into customers/partners needs and work with other departments to effect necessary changes.
• Work with the product team, operation teach and management team to achieve the company’s set goals.
