Job Position: Head, Customer Service

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Accountabilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
• Taking ownership of customers’ issues and following problems through to resolution.
• Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Responding promptly to customers inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
• Generating automatic mails to customers to sensitize them on maturity of their Investments.
• Front line of support for clients and customers by helping to ensure that customers are satisfied with products and services.

Salary
N750,000 per month.
