Job Summary


  • The head Human Resource will lead and oversee all human resource functions, ensuring that HR strategies align with the business objectives in the beverage industry. 
  • This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, deep knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to manage a diverse workforce in a highly regulated sector.
  • The head HR will be responsible for shaping company culture, driving talent management, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations, and fostering employee engagement across all levels of the organization

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the executive leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, systems, and programs that support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining top talent across all departments (top management, c-suites, operations, distribution, sales, corporate governance).
  • Oversee recruitment for senior leadership roles and critical positions.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring the company meets legal requirements.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
  • Identify training needs and help coordinate employee development programs to improve skills, performance, and compliance with safety and industry standards. 
  • Build and maintain a positive company culture by driving employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and regulatory bodies to address HR- related legal matters and compliance concerns.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits packages. · Implement strategic initiatives to drive business objectives and employee engagement
  • Align compensation with industry standards and company budgetary guidelines. 
  • Leverage HR data to provide actionable insights on employee turnover, retention, performance, and compensation trends.
  • Use data-driven strategies to continuously improve HR operations. 
  • Oversee leadership development programs and employee training initiatives.
  • Ensure continuous learning and career development opportunities.
