Human Resource Manager

Kelina Hospital is a surgical hospital, with a focus on Minimally Invasive Surgery. Kelina was the first private hospital in Nigeria to do Laser Lithotripsy for Kidney Stones (PCNL, RIRS, 2011), Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy, LRP (2012), and Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP, 2018). Kelina does Laparoscopic Surgery in General Surgery, Urology, Gynaecology amongst others. HoLEP, LRP, PCNL, RIRS are the most common surgeries we do each week.

Location: Abuja: 3rd Avenue, by 34 Crescent, Gwarinpa.

Location: Lagos: 7, Ologun Agbaje Street, off Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island.

To be eligible, candidate must:

1. Be resident in Abuja or Lagos.
2. Have post-NYSC job experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a healthcare or large corporate environment.
3. Be a University Graduate with relevant certification.
4. Possess strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
5. Be certified by relevant professional bodies such as CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent.
6. Be highly computer-literate.
7. Candidates that are lawyers will have added advantage

Job Description:

1. Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
3. Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
4. Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related issues.
5. Maintain HR records and prepare regular HR reports.
6. Promote a positive work culture and handle conflict resolution.
7. Do other HR and Management jobs delegated by Hospital Management Committee and the Medical Director.
