Description

• As the Head of Human Asset Management & Administration for Dangote Cement Transport, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of approved policies and ensuring the efficient management of human and material resources within the organization.
• With a focus on adherence to best practices, you will instill the organization's culture and values in the Transport Division, promoting engagement and growth.

Requirements

• To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 20 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a middle management position and 5 years of experience in fleet operations management.
• You should also have a good understanding of employee engagement, labor relations, and relevant legislations. In addition, we are looking for someone with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Your ability to effectively manage people and build strong networks will be essential.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a social sciences or related discipline is required.
• Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cement manufacturing industry, as well as key HR management components such as learning and development, performance and career management, leave management, reward and recognition, and dispute management.
• Proficiency in relevant HR and administration applications is also desired.
