Job Description
The Ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Strategic Leadership:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR team.
  • Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to business strategy and decision-making.

Talent Management:

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compensation practices comply with current legislation.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and systems.
  • Implement performance improvement plans and strategies.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance issues.

Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Promote an inclusive workplace culture.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in an HR consulting environment is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
