we are advertising for the post of a housekeeper or Janitor to fill the vacant positions at our apartment and cleaning sites.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily cleaning of all rooms to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are consistently being met and room attendants are completing tasks in a timely fashion.

Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.

Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members

Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Proper cleaning of site buildings using chemicals, scrubber and other cleaning agents.

Carry out lost property procedures.

Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department.

Comply with  security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
