As we scale, we are seeking a detail-oriented Finance, Accounting, and Reconciliation Officer to manage financial reporting, transaction reconciliations, and accounting functions.

Job Summary


  • We are looking for an HR Associate to assist with day-to-day human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture.
  • This role will support the HR team in managing onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new employee onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Support HR initiatives related to engagement, culture, and performance management, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process HR documents, and support HR compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Assist in payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and ensuring timely updates to employee compensation data.
  • Training & Development: Help organize employee training sessions, learning programs, and career development initiatives.
  • HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies are up to date and in compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • HR Reporting & Data Management: Maintain HR metrics, analyze workforce trends, and support decision-making with HR analytics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fintech, tech startup, or financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range
N250,000 - N500,000 / month.
