Job Description


  • We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team.
  • The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and preparing onboarding materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in conducting investigations and resolving employee complaints.
  • Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information.
  • Assist in the performance review process, including distributing and collecting performance evaluation forms.
  • Track and document performance metrics and improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate staff welfare programs/ activities aimed at enhancing employee well-being and satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Help identify training needs and track employee development plans.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing HR documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
